In my opinion, better than Bullseye in the sport-meets-quiz genre (nobody mention Full Swing), it's Big Break with Jim Davidson and John Virgo. Fun fact: I once annoyed Jim in a Tesco Express, and I'd do it again.

Saturday night's on ITV were known for Gladiators and this, 'You Bet!'. This was long before Ant and Dec had their Takeaway, although they did do one season of a US version of this called 'Wanna Bet?'.
